Customer service is poor. I was told the wrong information on a series of phone calls after an accident. Additional money was removed from my account which was EVENTUALLY refunded. I was told more than once, by more than one person, that I had already been refunded £25, part of the amount I was contesting. No I hadn't.
The rest (£40) shouldn't have been charged in the first place. I'd been told after adjusting my policy, that I'd actually be due a bit of a refund!
I was offered £10 compensation.
I was told that they wouldn't check all the recorded phone calls as I requested.
I was told that staff training wouldn't be changed to reflect my complaint. Only the last person I'd spoken to would alerted to any mistakes made. Even though others had given me wrong information too.
They don't seem to be interested in improving their customer service at all.
Won't be renewing with them.
