Customer service almost non existent. Wrote two emails concerning my NCB but only got standard replies back after three or four days. No one actually answered my queries in my emails.
Eventually cancelled my policy within the 14 day period. It cost me around £30 but found a better deal with Churchill. Still waiting for my refund which doesn't surprise me. Will never bother with the RAC again.
