Rac sent a blackbox for me to self install after 3 months of having the policy. Now after having the insurance for 10 months they want to cancel it stating I did not fit the blackbox. But the blackbox was fitted straight away
They also want to charge me £300. This is totally out of order. I will never ever buy RAC again even if its the cheapest thing on earth. Please avoid Rac at all cost.
