Bought insurance from RAC on 5th of July then my policy started at 31st ,after 15 days I received black box from them, I did not know that the insurance I bought is with so called telematics which is also same thing as black box I told them that I did not need this policy coz I’m not young or newly driver,I decided to cancel my policy with RAC because of the black box which in the end caused me £125 cancellation fee plus £28 for 15 days I’ve used . I should have read all the reviews before about RAC , I would never ever get close to this insurance company, Greedy.......
