Absolutely terrible service. Letter turns up 5 days after renewal and apparently 2 emails sent with renewal notice but have seen nothing. If they don't get a reply they renew at £15 a month higher than before! And then if you want to cancel 5 days in they charge you £85. Absolutely horrendous service. Do not do it!
