I’m self employed and I have had so many problems with them since coronavirus. There services and communication have been abysmal.
I’ve been waiting 2months for a settlement figure and continue to receive letters that I’ve missed a payment(I haven’t) which in turn is affecting my credit score and also making me overdrawn.
I would not recommend them. Check loans have payment holidays before you apply. This one didn’t.
