Never touch a credit card from Sainsbury’s. I was scammed and reported the issue to Sainsbury’s and Trading Standards. Trading Standards are preparing to prosecute but Sainsbury’s would not refund my £200. Frankly, they could not be bothered, and now, l can’t be bothered to be a customer anymore. Appalling customer service. Pilot reviews showed 186 scams against www. Drivers-Help. Com. Don’t touch Sainsbury’s with a barge pole for a credit card.

when in my dealings with them when they took my money and kept pushing me to send more , i lost almost everything until i was helped by T O N E limited.COM ,, and my money was recovered i i felt the joy i had long lost

After refusing to be bullied into setting up a repayment programme for my perfectly well run account I paid off the majority of the balance - just shy of £8G. I left £20. To see if they insisted on a ‘repayment’ programme and they charged £119. Interest on a balance that had been paid, in full, the previous month - they patronised me on two calls by ‘mansplaining’ how interest was calculated. My complaint was dealt with by Findlay who then investigated his own findings in favour of the bank. Hardly an independent investigation into himself! I am told the recordings will take up to three weeks to be disclosed while I await another investigation into my complaint. I informed them that I will open a case with the Financial Ombudsman - let’s see. When stated that I had been a customer for over 20 years and asked where the customer service was, I was met with silence, I had to say ‘that was a question’ - more silence. They are inept and shambolic, self serving and incompetent.

Avoid taking any financial risks. They adamantly call for increased investment, citing market trends. They shut off contact when I refused and wanted a refund for my initial deposit. I never received my money back. I can provide evidence that my funds and communications were restricted, yet COVSECLTD*COM was able to quickly help me recover all my dollar I invested and earned. You might try them out.

Horrendous, payment made on my card in error and am having to jump through hoops now to get my transaction cancelled, now stopped card although the incident was not fraud, being investigated they say for my safety! Not sure this is true but will wait and see, will be closing the card down if this does not go the right way. Have no trust in this company whatsoever, apparently it is being taken over by NatWest, well it cannot be worse than it is now as far as customer service goes. I am the innocent party and yet I have been made to feel like a criminal! Disgusted!

The most frustrating credit card company I've ever had to deal with in my life!! They make it so difficult to pay your balance resulting in a late payment fee!!! I've been trying now to pay £5 ( yes that's correct) £5 balance since JULY!! Their only saving grace was Emma today who was very helpful when I called.

Card has been used fraudulently, after calling and failing the security checks I am still waiting 10 days for the security code to arrive. Was assured that the card had been stopped so no more payments could be taken only to discover they have allowed the payments to go through. Absolutely disgusting, if I can ever get this resolved I will closing my account.

Be cautious of SAINSBURYS BANK , as they have been reported to be involved in fraudulent activities. Despite appearing trustworthy at first with a few Banking, they may later scammed you. I personally experienced this unfortunate situation, but with the help of S I M O N C H . C0M, I was able to successfully retrieve my funds from them.

OK so i went to make a credit card purchase with my Sainsburys bank credit card. After submitting my email and pin code sent to me by text my transaction was declined for no apparent reason. Then I received a phone call from sainsburys bank fraud prevention line on 02081068810 which consisted of an automated message telling me I was being put through to a representative! IMAGINE THAT getting through to someone without waiting for half an hour on bs automated messages! But alas it was just recorded music.. yes it's the same old bulls**t from Sainsburys bank. In this instance it stopped me from making a $700 purchase. Had to pay via my bank! Guess Sainsburys can stick it where the sun doesn't shine!

Another big company advertising their unadulterated twattery. 1) My bank card has changed so they can't take payment for renewal and email me so I can update details. 2) Try logging in to update details but can't remember password so click "forgotten password" to reset. The retarded system says it doesn't recognise my email (the same one they used to contact me!) 3) Try phoning but the line goes dead after some minutes of going through the endless options to try to speak to someone. I repeat this process 3 times to no avail. 4) No email address is offered anywhere by which I might contact them directly. 5) I have no way of contacting these cretins and I shall now have to go and purchase my home insurance elsewhere. Well done Sainsburys! Microsoft is the same and no doubt many more.

Sainsburys has to be the most useless bank out there. I requested a code to enable the credit card be added to Google Pay they we will send you a code by letter or email in 3 -5 working days 6 days later I am still waiting. An email is instant a letter does not take 6 days. This is 2024 the 21st century not bloody 1947. You are rubbish Sainsburys.

This company don't care about any ones personal circumstances that may cause a missed/late payment ect e.g illness, hospital stays ,late post!I missed a payment and I received a closing of my account letter!even the customer service I rang in Africa? Agreed with me that it was harsh!I payed my balance in full and will never use them again awfull! People are not machines!

Terrible customer service - unable to resolve issues of fraud on account. Vendor blocked but changed id to get around. New card issued but new details given to fraudulent vendor by Mastercard and now pause on card has been lifted without my permission and I’m being prevented from closing my credit card account. 6 months of stress. No wonder Sainsburys are planning to get out of banking.

I missed my last payment of car insurance, and because of the bank Holiday I was paid late and the direct debit bounced. I begged a lady (Joyce) to have the late fee wavered (£20) as this will take money out of my food shop. But all my worries fell on deaf ears, no care from a multimillion pound company, honestly I'm disgusted in sainsburys.

I had lost my job and wasn't able to pay my full minimum payment. When I found a new job and phoned to get my arrears etc. sorted the staff member I spoke to was condescending, rude, and spoke to me like I was a very naughty child. I came off the phone feeling even more depressed than when I phoned in

Never ever deal with this bank... But If you like stress, abnormally huge stressful situations,talking with customer service representatives wxpect shouting and unprofessionalisam,being acused of stealing money,even clearly bank card is yours ,your main bank account and credit score screwed,they own contract for them is not in existence,they putting hands and doing what they want,taking money from your main account how much and how they like. If you like all that b******t you are person for this business...Another kind of people run away from this services. Shame there us not 0 stars. Hermes or newly called Evri in banking system.

REASON: you simply cannot get through to a person anymore - NOT EVEN TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT! I had to close it online - using a form. And, the last straw - it will take 10 days to process! TEN DAYS to close an account? You can open a MONZO account in 2 minutes - which I did - and I love MONZO, and I have converted to the MONZO credit card (called FLEX CARD). Good-bye Sainsbury, and guess what, I will now shop elsewhere too - LIDL, ASDA, anywhere except Sainsbury.
