The most frustrating credit card company I've ever had to deal with in my life!! They make it so difficult to pay your balance resulting in a late payment fee!!! I've been trying now to pay £5 ( yes that's correct) £5 balance since JULY!!
Their only saving grace was Emma today who was very helpful when I called.
