the worst service ever!
It was just a 7k loan with two persons. we started it online, then they ask me more paperwork (asked my bant details). ok. we sent it. then they said need more document.(asked my partner bant details) ok. we sent it. then they LOST this document however somebody signatured to the royal mail. ok. they ask more information via phone. ok. we did gave it. next day sent email again something wrong. ok. we called back the bank. finally they said, they asked from us wrong document but this is our fault because we sent first the document what THEY ASKED. Now they canceled the application, we lost our credit score just because somebody wasn't able to work well there.
Last, Nicky the Sainsbury's bank phone operator was really unpolite, just speaking, just speaking and didn't want to hear what we said. Thank you Nicky, you are great.
Now I will going to a lawer because we will need later to our credit score.
