Customer care is terrible. Totally not interested and can’t even be bothered to apologise.
The Sainsburys credit cards frequently do not work in the chip and pin devices in the self serve check areas in Sainsbury’s stores. Meaning you not only lose points, which is the single reason I have this card for my shopping, but you have to suffer the embarrassment of everyone seeing your card being declined.
