Very bad experience with the website. Logging in is a pain, it always rejects a perfectly valid PIN at least once before finally accepting it if you're lucky. Earlier today it refused three times, forcing me to reset it! (I'd guess there's a bug in the input routine).
Once in, things don't get any better. Despite having accepted a transfer in from my current account, when I try to transfer out to the same account it's unable to recognise me as the owner.
