Took out a credit card with 0% balance transfer over 12mts.
When I took it out they took all the transfer details and stated it would be done automatically.
And you guessed it the transfer was never completed.
They don’t answer messages or the phone.
Very poor service.
I think I will cancel the card and go elsewhere.
