Sounds like anyone complaining about waiting times is an idiot and doesn't realise we are still in covid times so anytime someone is positive for having covid they can’t work and have to self isolate, so when the impatient monkeys get through to an agent they don’t realise some of their colleagues are currently in hospital and are on reduced numbers in the office this applies to any company
