When I call Bank customer services, I am told that….” Busy etc …CALLS WILL BE ANSWERED IN 5 MINS /6 MINUTES etc”
0n average I have given up after waiting at least 25 minutes!
I see that only 23% of customers would recommend Sainsbury Bank, which means that 77% would not - but no actions seem to be implemented.
Why oh why did I change to this bank? That will be rectified as soon as I can resolve this last issue - if it ever gets resolved
