Have held insurance policy for nine years - email remineder to renew recently which until today i wuld have been happy to do. Unable to renew on-line owing to technical difficulties wasted two hours on 'phone 30 minutes to speak first to a person who could not help me and then waiting 90 minutes to be transfered. I gave up. Pitiful. Disgraceful. I think that I shall avoid all Sainsbury banking in future, and also take my custom from their shops.
