My app will not allow me to log into my credit account.
It was working fine now ‘error’ just pops up.
Impossible to contact them- no number.
I just keep getting multiple passcodes which I have not requested.
And resetting does not work.
A very poor web site. Poorly designed. Under supported.
And unable to contact because of covid restrictions still in operation.
A nightmare. A stressful and terrible experience.
I do not recommend a company with such a poor customer service.
