I recently had a problem with a card. Initially could not get in touch with their customer services despite several attempts. Wrote a letter and eventually had a very nice person
ring me. She was able to inform me of the reasons for not being able to speak to someone previously. She was able to sort out the problems in a very efficient manner. So my faith in them has been restored. Many thanks.
