Opened two cash isa’s for myself and my wife. With interest rates increasing, I had to call and wait for an hour to request an increase in the interest rate, yet if the rate reduced, they would do this automatically.
By far and away the poorest customer experience I have an encounter from a financial services business and I will never use again.
