Truly appalling service. I would give them zero stars were that possible.
On every occasion I have spoken to them about closing my account due to their suspending my account without telling me , they have told me they will put a statement in the post and have not done so. I cannot therefore make a payment , as I do not know the sum due. They have now sent a text saying they will charge interest.
It is virtually impossible to speak to anyone without holding for at least 20 minutes and no one will give you either a name or extension number , so every call needs to re tell the entire story .
