Rude,rude,rude ! Tried paying my credit card online. What a joke, the details quoted
on the statement were not recognised by my bank i.e. the sort code and account. I called them, some rude rep said well thats your bank's problem. I then asked how can the details you have quoted on the statement not be recognised. Tutted and sighed "I'll put you through to automated payment then ". I AM a customer who do you think you are talking to???
