OK so i went to make a credit card purchase with my Sainsburys bank credit card.
After submitting my email and pin code sent to me by text my transaction was declined for no apparent reason. Then I received a phone call from sainsburys bank fraud prevention line on 02081068810 which consisted of an automated message telling me I was being put through to a representative! IMAGINE THAT getting through to someone without waiting for half an hour on bs automated messages! But alas it was just recorded music.. yes it's the same old bulls**t from Sainsburys bank. In this instance it stopped me from making a $700 purchase. Had to pay via my bank! Guess Sainsburys can stick it where the sun doesn't shine!
