I took out a loan back in 2016. All ok until this covid thing - I simply can not speak to anyone - they keep sending threatening letters, When I phone the number they give 0800 08506953 the automated system does not recognise the account number and the system says they can not take the call right now - I have been trying to get through since 26th March - it is now 14th April.
I am now trying 0808 1450379 - found online via the website - it's now saying I'm on hold - but is keeps saying it's Halifax.
Sainsburys - stick to selling food. My advice is avoid totally.
