horrible bank not recommended to anyone. called to bank in the beginning of pandemic and ask to pause my payments, person on a phone said yes no problems, month later recieved letter with late payment fee, called to the bank that were super happy to pause my payment for 3 months with additional payment of 240£ to my acc ! brilliant !!! RATS... whole world try to help each other this scumbags just shaving money of you !!!
