Took out a car insurance policy online as it said I would receive 6000 reward points for doing it online myself. This was 6 months ago now and every 2 weeks I’ve been calling customer support with the promise of getting these points STILL HAVENT GOT THEM.!!!!!!!!
What a scam I should have stayed with Direct Line. SHAME ON YOU SAINSBURY
