I raised Section 75 with Sainsbury's which they accepted then raised chargeback instead. They have my refund for flights but won't pay me unless I sign to say I have received it through S75 which is not correct. It's a chargeback. Tell me all sorts of nonsense. Communications awful. They've also messed up my credit card report, trying to say there was fraud on my existing card and forcing a new card on me. All this on-going since mid- March. Very upset, as by law I should have this money. We are elderly and this is making us ill. Terrible service.
