Have been penalised £12 for late payment !!! because I paid the money early, a couple of days before statement came out! no leniency, no empathy nothing! Have to go to Ombudsman to get the £12.00 back. Which is going to cost Sainsburys more money! No loyalty and willing to lose me over £12. I would recommend to bank elsewhere. Should be no stars. Will let everyone know about the outcome.
