This bank is driving me insane. Suddenly and for the last few weeks, my credit card payments are rejected by the website. I go through the repetitive situation of putting all my full details in to their website and pay in full, only to get a sad face telling me it didn't go through. The worst part is when i call them, they are so incredibly casual about the whole thing and give you another form to pay with an app, which is even more repetitive. They don't even bother to state on the website that some customers are having an ongoing problem with paying and as is the standard message for weeks now, "they are working on it". That such a basic service isn't available to the customer is quite pathetic.
