I cancelled my policy which auto renewed without my permission at triple the price. I had sold the car 6 months before and cancelled. Then I cancelled on receiving the renewal - after 5 times contacting them and asking for refund- 2 months later still no refund. They lie constantly saying its paid - it takes hours to get trough to them. They are truly appalling. I suspect they have a cash flow issue, AVIOD AT ALL COSTS - I'm referring to ombudsman now
