if I could give less than 1 star I would.
worst customer service system ever. You have 3 options, call a number, chat on line, or fill a form in on line!! Do not be fooled- none of these work! the chat person redirects you to calling a number. The phone number if or when you eventually get through after 45minutes they tell you they cannot access your policy and you must do it on line. The on line form hangs and says not available right now! The WORST company I have ever used. EVER.
