I wouldn’t even give them one star! Customer service is diabolical. I’ve been trying to resolve a dispute over a payment for days but it appears no one can give an actual answer. I’ve ended up cancelling my policy and going elsewhere and got a far cheaper policy with full breakdown of what I’m paying for. I’d advise anyone to steer well clear.
