Do not have any dealings with this company whatsoever, absolute rip off merchants, i had paid them upfront last September to renew my motorhome policy,but recently sold the vehicle and so rang to cancel the remaining insurance, only to be told that not only was there no refund for the remaining month's, but i would have to pay a £85 cancellation fee!!! Avoid them like the plague is my advice..,..I am now in contact with West Yorkshire trading standards regarding this outrageous situation.
