Customer service is an oxymoron. Takes so long to load information on the the portal which then they say it has not been loaded thats when the portal is working. Then send me an email saying Emma's licence is not approved. Problem is there is no one with that name on the policy. Uploaded proof of no cliams, asked to do it again.
If I had this trouble setting up a policy I would be very worried about making a claim. So I requested a refund, was told 3-5 days by customer services, only for an email to be sent the next day stating 6 weeks for refund!
