They have a terrible attitude towards customers once you have paid your money.you need to e mail ridiculous amount of documents to them multiple times because they keep rejecting your documents to the point where you are at a loss for what to do. Its all very stressful and I am no snowflake!
I'm stuck with them for now but have already decided to go with another company next year ,even if it costs me more.
