I have had motor insurance for over 30 years and I have to say this company is the worse insurance company broker I have ever used. £256 annual premium had to cancel after two months , £29 refund/ credit which they even charge £5 for a Bacs transfer which will take them up to 6 weeks to pay back, laughable.
The service on the phone waiting time is shocking their manners and attitudes/ email replies are shocking with around 5days response to reply.
Terrible company and service. The cancellation policies should be illegal!! Day light robbery.
