Repairs take far too long. I had a no-fault claim (bumper damage caused by another driver) Swift cover agreed straight away to the repairs, but so far it has taken 2.5 months for one of the authorised repairers to take the car in and begin the work.
The delay, I understand, is the fault of the third party who organise repairs on behalf of the insurer, but I don't really care. I pay swift cover and expect them to get me the right level of service for that money.
