“I deposited with them 5,250 usd and almost certainly lost them. A couple of week after the deposit and sensing that something was wrong, I tried to withdraw 3,000 usd. My request was never answered and a few days later they changed my password and proceeded to do 7 trades without my knowledge. Out of these 7 trades, 3 trades supposedly won small amounts and 4 trades lost large amounts I had to find a way out if not for M A D A C O V I . C O who intervened and help me recover my money back a week ago I will still be complaining without any response”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS…….. Gave all my details on line on compare site including small low level claim. Price accepted. Spoke to representatives about small accident happy price was same. BOOM 1 month later letter and phone call you have not told us about a claim £60 extra !!!”

“Thieves!! Cancel a policy,get told owed a refund,then days later they take money from your account&give you refund from that!! And nowt i can do about it!!”

“Told them I had an accident last year when signing up and I got a quote. I then get an email saying I haven't input this info when signing up so they've increased my quote upon re entering the accident date. Essentially they've quoted me cheap and then increased the price saying I didn't let them know about this accident when I did. Absolute sham.”

“Rated 1 out of 5 stars ALERT 🚨‼️Swiftcover is No longer… ALERT 🚨‼️Swiftcover is No longer Genuine! Had an accident 2 months ago, NO CURTESY CAR 🚘, NO REPAIR for 6 Weeks. Registered complain 8 Times No Response. I worked in insurance company for 7 years. REVIEWS are Fake. No communication at all. I would advise you to please don’t opt SWIFTCOVER regulated by Cheat AXA INSURACE AND VISION NETWORK. Date of experience: 15 February 2023”

“It is the first time in my life when I'm staying with the same insurance company and I'm getting charged even more for no extra benefit. Tried to contact customer service for this matter, long waiting time for nothing, just to be told that there is nothing they can do anymore once they get your money. My no claims discount bonus went up however the insurance price went up as well. They didn't even try to get me the same price as the previous year, not to even mention a cheaper one. Again, first time ever when that happens and the only company that does it! Would not recommend!”

“Just received my car insurance renewal for 390 pounds of days last year you paid 362, I phoned them and said I only paid 182 last year not 362 so why such a big increase. Guy on phone said that I had changed car twice in year I said I did it online and this doesn't incite any costs except small increase for better car, he said because I had made changes online it affect renewal price which is why it's gone up 210 pounds. This is rubbish just making excuses cause he couldn't be bothered to check correctly, ended up renewing with AS for 255 pound for sale cover.”

“Made a claim on my car insurance ( non fault) swift did nothing to try and find the 3rd party even though full cctv was available - I did all the leg work and a month later they are still no further forward , they don’t answer emails - live chat is never available appalling customer service”
