“I had a small claim shortly after l took out the policy it was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The finished job was exceptional provided by Sutton Car Repairs a local firm provided by SWIFT.”

“Repairs take far too long. I had a no-fault claim (bumper damage caused by another driver) Swift cover agreed straight away to the repairs, but so far it has taken 2.5 months for one of the authorised repairers to take the car in and begin the work. The delay, I understand, is the fault of the third party who organise repairs on behalf of the insurer, but I don't really care. I pay swift cover and expect them to get me the right level of service for that money.”

“People at Swiftcover were helpfull . i had to wait for my previous insurers to send my proof of no claims but Swiftcover were patient ! so i wont have the same problem when i re-insure ?”
