“It would b easy if we dint have to pay so much excess when I had to claim . After 2 days afterwards I made the claim I got told it was my fault trying to explain to them .getting told it hard to prove it so I had to stand to say it was my fault. At the end of the day I know was not.”

“I was impressed with the customer service lady I spoke with - But this call however was to cancel my renewal, due to a huge increase to the following years premium! I used go compare to find a better deal & am now £160 better off!”
