A payment wasn't processed for some odd reason, so they cancelled the policy with immediate effect without telling us, so we drove around unwittingly without insurance for 3 months. We immediately tried to renew it, but guess what, yes THE PRICE HAD DOUBLED.
So we went to Saga, very helpful company and we paid the price we normally do. I have a feeling I heard about this insurance scam from Martin Lewis.
We had been customers with the Co op for over 10 years.
