"The call centre operative should not be doing his job. I made a car claim and he suddenly said he was household and not motor. He then told me my car would have to be written off for a potentially a small claim and when I had a moan he just cut me off. I fully understand about policy about older cars but this man was of no help at all.\r\n\r\nThese incredibly difficult times have seen staff like this stretched but every organisation I have dealt with have been so helpful and pleasant as well.\r\n\r\n"
