"This policy was fine until my partner was involved in an accident , June 21 . Our vehicle was repaired promptly and the \u00a3250 excess paid on recovery , written statements were made many times , complete with an independent witness statement . Only to find that I was being held responsible , even though according to claims handlers , I was not at fault . This occurred when Markerstudy Ins. services became involved with responsibility being altered from 50 \/ 50 , then 70 \/ 30 , both of which were refused and further statements being made to that company . It Is now Feb 22 and we still await further information and return of our \u00a3250 . "
