"My DD failed on 4th September I called next day spoke to a lady who said she would get them to call me back. That didn\u2019t happen. I then got a email to say payment would be taken on 20\/09\/2022 I had enough funds in my account but the payment wasn\u2019t taken. No call back since no email all I wanted to do was pay my insurance talk to someone clear it up. Nothing! Extremely disappointing.\r\nMr Stephen Byrne "
