"My policy was set to auto renew (I don't recall requesting this but its possible) renewal quote was not sent by I requested it in time to stop the renewal. It was 100% more than the previous year (no claims made and same terms)\r\n\r\nSo I would have had my premium increased from \u00a3330 to \u00a3657. No explanation given and extremely rude customer service. "
