Shambles, stay away!!
I had an insurance policy with these, I was unable to log in on my app to which they responded a recovery password would be emailed to me which I never received. They then cancelled my policy as I didn’t log in. I called up and they admitted on the phone and on emails I didn’t receive any recovery? But there’s nothing they can do about it. Stay away
