So I'm 18 now renewing my policy for 2nd year and in all fairness they've been absolutely spot on I've had a 400 pound refund after 90 days and since has stayed the same even tho I've drop from a score of 90 to 70 never had any phone calls and the box doesnt seem to be strict in any way
