Using your app is easy to purchase but very difficult to actually complain and get a decent response. I Its also becoming impossible to get your parcels that are ordered. have 7 new orders due for arrival in December 2017 but still waiting for 10 orders that have not arrived. They were supposed to arrive in September 14 and 24 already. i am really getting discouraged and disappointed at the amount of delayed time and lost parcels that i don't get. I bought them and ordered them for a purpose and reason so just refunding me is not the point. I actually want the stuff i ordered. Please do something about this and get my parcels delivered to me. Ensure that your vendors deliver my parcels. i pay for postage i want my parcels.
