The service department is awful. They were not concerned or willing to address my concerns.
I made a purchase and never received my product. I was tracking it and waited 2-3 weeks after the expected delivery date. The service department was not helpful or reassuring that the problem would be resolved.
I had my credit card company step in because Gemporia kept putting me off. If it wasn’t for their help, I believe I would be without my product and money! Luckily I kept notes and dates.
