I and have been ripped off to the tune of £115. I recently bought a large bottle of pro-life CBD. It was delivered to an old address despite me calling to change my address with the call centre prior to this and was assured it was done. When it didn't arrive - i spoke to the call centre to express my concern and effectively received a shoulder shrug and a response of it's not our fault - there is nothing we can do. No CBD oil and no refund.
I emailed the operations manager and the vendor of the oil and haven't received a response. I am going to make one last attempt to make contact with management and then will fill out forms for the small claims court. Payment for goods or services is a consumer rite.
I have been a long standing customer and have regularly bought from gemporia, but will no longer be doing that. The shabby treatment I have received is unacceptable.
