Bought what was described as an internally flawless diamond ring and took it to my local trusted jeweller for his opinion.
He said that he could see inclusions.
I left feedback to this effect and gemporia responded by saying that Safeguard should be used as an impartial valuer.
I would really like to know who is the "expert" who comes up with the grade they put on their certificate of authenticity?
