Avoid. Took multiple purchases without approval, blamed myself despite admitting their system had problems - had originally said a order was cancelled when it wasnt. Customer services is norm quick but when it is a mistake on their behalf it was delayed to the point 'the items had now been dispatched there is nothing we can do'. I fail to believe any postitive reviews. I have only used due to sentimental meaning of the shop but would avoid avoid avoid!!!!! Customer service is to benefit the company not the customer.
